The Long Walk Home

So I left to turn this thing round, to see the long hills rolling down, to search for a whisper in the back of our mind. Head tilted to the sounds of thunder, as sheets of rain blur the distance between. One heart murmurs, the other is exploding into the darkness. Fascinated by the reflection of thoughts laying down to die, in a moment I will be home.
