Please Be Quiet The Mind Is Thinking

My existence becomes a spectator’s sport. I observe, I comment, I breathe. Thoughts become hung like misinformed carriers pigeons, nailed to the rotating walls. Concentric circles form, until I only observe these thoughts. Decisions and beliefs, decide who I shall be, but I cannot act, cannot decide. What it is to be without these thoughts, trying to remember how to breathe without telling myself how.
